HELMET FITTING STEPS:

Measure your head:
• Wrap a soft tape measure around the widest part of your head,
two fingers above your eyebrows, then hold the tape firmly.
Consult the size chart:
• Compare your measurement to the size chart.
• If your measurement falls between sizes, order a size up; you can use the integrated adjustment dial to achieve the perfect fit.

ADJUST AND TEST THE FIT:

Check for a snug fit:
• The helmet should be snug without being uncomfortably tight.
Adjust the integrated adjustment dial system:
• For optimal safety and a precise fit, use the integrated adjustment
dial situated at the posterior of the helmet's shell.
• Before you put on the helmet, rotate the dial anti-clockwise to
open the helmet fully.
• Put the helmet on, and then rotate the dial clockwise until the
helmet achieves a fit that is both secure and comfortable.
Adjust the chin strap:
• Buckle the chin strap and tighten until snug.
